The Air-Cooled Strand Pelletizer is designed for clean, efficient strand pelletizing with an air-cooling process. It supports a wide range of materials including LDPE, HDPE, CPE, PVC, TPO, PLO, TPU, ABS, PLA, and other biodegradable plastics, making it suitable for various recycling and compounding needs.

Models BMT-90 / BMT-110 / BMT-130 / BMT-150 cover output ranges from 40–230 kg/h with total power from ≈25–≈65 kW (by model). The machine configuration can be selected based on material: for PE/PVC/PLA/ABS/TPU, the system is composed of air cooling + extruder & heating cutter + control panel; for PP/PET, the cutting section is changed to water cutting as required.
