The BMT-75 ECO Pelletizer (BMT-PE75) is an energy-saving, eco-friendly single-screw pelletizing production line designed for operation with no water and no smoke. It uses an SJ75/9 extruder with a 75mm 38CrMoAlA nitrided screw (L/D 9:1) and a 38CrMoAlA barrel with 1-zone self-friction heating and 0.25kW×2 fan cooling, driven by a 15kW~6P VFD motor through pulley transmission and a ZLYJ146 gearbox (12.5:1).

Models BMT-90 to BMT-150 cover 40–230 kg/h output. For PE/PVC/PLA/ABS/TPU it uses an air-cooling, three-part setup, while PP/PET requires water cutting for the cutting section.
BMT-PE110 is a single-screw pelletizing line with an SJ110/11 extruder, using a Ø110mm 38CrMoAlA screw (11:1 L/D) and 0.5–0.8mm nitriding (HV900–1050°, HB260–290). It runs with a ZLYJ200 gearbox (12.5:1) and a 37kW VFD motor, plus a 2-zone barrel with self-friction heating and 5P chiller water cooling.
BMT-PE90 is a single-screw pelletizing line built around an SJ90/11 extruder with a Ø90mm 38CrMoALA bimetallic screw and 0.5–0.8mm nitriding (HV900–1050°, HB260–290). The barrel uses 2 heating zones, self-friction heating, and fan cooling (0.25kW×2), driven by a ZLYJ173 gearbox (12.5:1) and an 18.5kW VFD motor with belt pulley transmission.
The Three Layer Co-Extrusion Blown Film Machine is designed for continuous production of LDPE/HDPE/LLDPE films with thickness 0.02–0.15 mm. It features a rotating die head to support stable film quality and a quick screen changer for fast filter replacement, helping ensure reliable long-run operation.
