The SQ-5~12L Hydraulic Automatic Blow Molding Machine (1–6 Layers) is designed for producing 1–12L hollow products with flexible configurations, including 1–6 die head options. It supports both single-layer and multi-layer (1–4) cladding products, as well as liquid level line products such as jerry cans, wine pots, and sauce pots.
Built for stable and cost-effective operation, the machine adopts a hydraulic system, double stations, and PLC computer control. Two model options are provided: 5L and 12L. The 5L model uses a 75mm screw and delivers 180 pcs/h theoretical capacity with 60 kN clamping force; the 12L model uses an 80mm screw with 120 pcs/h theoretical capacity and 80 kN clamping force. Both use a 25:1 screw L/D ratio and PLC computer control for speed adjustment.
