The SQ-100ML~5L Full-Electric Blow Molding Machine (1–6 Layers) is designed for fast, energy-saving production of hollow plastic products with a 1–6 layer structure and full servo drive, delivering oil-free and more environmentally friendly operation with low noise.

Built for efficient, stable running, the 75 model supports up to 5000 ML product volume and 220 MM product diameter, with theoretical capacity of 300–2000 PCS/H. It works with PE / PP / EVA, uses a PLC core touch screen, and features a 75 MM screw (L/D 25:1) with motor power 18.5–30 KW and plasticizing capacity 70–95 KG.
