The line includes a 40Cr nitrided die with ceramic or three-layer mica heating rings, a manual screen changer, and 0.75kW VFD pelletizing with 2 cutting blades. Finished pellets are transferred via 201 stainless-steel air conveying (Ø400 ducts, 0.75kW×2 fans, soundproof cotton), with electrical components including Shangnan temperature controllers, Schneider contactors/indicator button, Shanghai Aoyi mutual inductors/ammeters, and Robicon inverters for both the main and pelletizing motors.
