The barrel uses 2 heating zones, self-friction heating, and fan cooling (0.25kW×2), driven by a ZLYJ173 gearbox (12.5:1) and an 18.5kW VFD motor with belt pulley transmission.

The BMT-75 ECO Pelletizer (BMT-PE75) is an energy-saving, eco-friendly single-screw pelletizing production line designed for operation with no water and no smoke. It uses an SJ75/9 extruder with a 75mm 38CrMoAlA nitrided screw (L/D 9:1) and a 38CrMoAlA barrel with 1-zone self-friction heating and 0.25kW×2 fan cooling, driven by a 15kW~6P VFD motor through pulley transmission and a ZLYJ146 gearbox (12.5:1).
